Navicom is proud to be part of the first Indigenous Aircraft Carrier project being built by Cochin Shipyard Ltd (CSL).

" The new Aircraft Carrier INS Vikrant, shall be fitted with state of the Art Integrated Bridge System (IBS) being supplied by Navicom. A large number of Multifunctional Displays in a network configuration shall be fitted with the latest IBS software of Transas which shall have features to Navigate and Control the Ship from multiple positions. "

In addition the IBS shall also be integrated with the other major sensors and the Integrated Platform Management System so that Central Command and Control can be implemented. The Ship's bridge will be fitted with an aesthetically designed console panels being designed and supplied by Navicom. The complete system has been successfully delivered to Cochin Shipyard and the Commissioning shall be undertaken as per Yard's project schedule.
